Tibed 1.63 and Command&Conquer/ Covert Probs?

I'm recently install tibed after hearing so much about it, But when I try to edit the unit from C&C and C&C covert ops when i go to run the game it just says please insert command and conquer disc. Can anyone explain to me how to fix this problem or is tibed not compatable with the first decade version.
