I haven't heard that one before But i get what you're on about, and i agree, It's seriously pissing me off now.

Could be many things, more details plz. But it's probably interference, if there's alot of electronic equipment. Try and make sure all your audio cables are running perpendicular (at right angles) to each other, rather than parallel. Also next time you have money, get yourself some gold audio cables, helps with this sorta thing and sound cool
