hi there! I got a problem with TibEd! I ahve done a modification but I cannot apply... I saved the .tib into the red alert folder and then I "saved changes to game" it did not work. it gave me the message: Runtime Error 75: Path/File Access error error occured in sub: (7.ExportOpen(<<my red alert folder>>/rules.ini please report this exact message to tibEd tech support! what now...?
