I dont know where to find those files, and i dont know how to add a new unit, Can i get the files from tibed some how?

HI, i was wondering if theres any way to get the sammy stalion guy (bodybuilder) from campaign in yr, to a buildable character in ra2 (no expansion). i would just mod yr if i could find my disk, the game is installed on my computer, but i can't find my disk, it might ave got thrown away. ps, i'm using tibed right now because i'm new to modding this game. pps how to i reskin some objects and characters, i have voxel section editor II, will that work?

hi, i have been trying to find out how to mod for at least 2 days now, but all i can find are other people mods they have already made or are going to make. i was hoping that someone can tell me how to mod. you know, change the deploy function for an existing unit, or set the health and speed of a new one... i have a basic understanding of modding from my experience with starwars battlefront 2 modding. i need to know where the files are that i edit to mod, and how to re-skin and things like that. along with a list of all the programs i need to mod. plz help ps i herd something about ini files, where can i get those or find them?
