So I don't understand. I pre-ordered Kane's Wrath and picked it up on the first day at the store. I tried to register for my beta key that day, but the site wasn't working. I finally got to register this month when I saw they are giving away free keys to File Planet members. However, I haven't received my email with a beta key still. Again, I don't understand how they can be giving out free keys on the spot to File Planet members, but will not send me mine. Does anyone know who I can talk to about this?
