RA2 Yuri's Revenge installation Problem

not downloaded i bought it but all i have now is a copy -
the setup says that i need to install red alert 2 while it's installed where should i put the game so the setup can see that i have RA2 and start patching and i'm using a mod on RA2 does that interrupt the setup?? thnx in advance, need fast replay please
