It doesn't say which ones just 'One or more DLL files are damaged or missing. please reinstall' Generals works but tiberian sun doesn't i haven't tryed the others

oh i am....it says (i realy should have said this sooner lol) 'DLL files are missing. please re-install' and obviously i have re-installed it all MANY times....

Ok.... i got a laptop and i wanted to play C&C games on it BUT after installing 'the 1st decade' i couldn't start tiberian sun up..... i have vista and its a brand new laptop but i dont know what to do to get these much loved games workin? so.... is there anything i can do? anything i have to download or what?
