I'm a starving college student in the state of Wyoming, a state where there is more cows then people. It is hard to come by people who own computers let a lone people who play Red Alert 3. I need the superb single player experience of Uprising to supplement my lack of friends. I would purchase Uprising myself but I've spent all my money on Chemistry textbooks and Ramen noodles.
