    Skirmish AI wont build units

This should be expected. The Skirmish AI in most games assumes it starts with only a ConYard and some cash and therefore it wouldn't utilize any pre-placed units. Almost all RTS games are like this. Take StarCraft, giving the Terran Custom Level (=Skirmish AI, only in Blizzard language) to a Terran CP with a large base will inevitable produce strange results. In RA2, Skirmish AI didn't make good use of pre-placed structures either, apart from Superweapons, which is the same as RA3. I would suggest you leave the AI to build its own "factory" buildings such as Shipyards, but you can give them pre-placed base defenses and power plants.

    Strange Map problem

Go to Large Tile on your toolbar. Then in the Object Property window, you will see Texture, Brush Width, then at the bottom is a box called "Texture Painting Mode". Select "Visibility" and choose "Visible". Paint over the black part and everything will be fixed. You may also need to paint over that part with "Passable". Press Ctrl+I to see the Tile Feedback.

    Ore Nodes

Hi. I just want to know how to set the amount of Ore in the Ore Nodes in a map when the mission begins. By default they are 30000, and I'd like to raise that amount. Do I need to change the Max HP or Initial HP to something, or do I use a trigger?

How to open up Official RA3 Maps?

Lol. I'm not that dumb. Nah it was FinalBIG's problem. It extracted corrupted files and that's why WB couldn't open them. I used OSBig to extract them and it works fine now.
  5. Hi, and I'm sorry if the question has been asked already, but I really need to know how to open up the official RA3 maps that are used in Skirmish and Campaign in WorldBuilder. I've seen quite a few of these edited ones out there, I've tried to search for how to do it, but I've got nothing. And yes, I've used FinalBIG to extract the maps already. However, they are .bin extension format files, which WorldBuilder will generate an exception violation if I try to open these up. So... what do I do to the .bin, .manifest, .imp and those files to make the files editable? For example, in maps\official\camp_a05_northsea_white, there are the following files: camp_a05_northsea_white.map map.5.bin map.5.imp map.5.manifest map.5.relo map.version What do I do? Thanks.
