all maps which i create by map generator and i download cant be seen clear. can someone help me?

I can play play in other maps clearly.Only map generators and downolading maps have problem Is it about new version of red alert 3.I have never update ra3

I can play in black area but cant be seen.Water is clear but lands are black.
