I saw some footage of this on tv and it is terrible. I read that a whole train dissapeared and a boat as well with like 100 people. Crazy.

I would like it to be like Renegade, as I think that any RTS will just be another one like the last few C&C titles: pink lasers, boring, bad single player and everything else. I really wouldn't take my chances with another RTS if I were them, looking at RA3, C&C3 and C&C4.

Nmenth presents:
CnC_Thomas replied to Nmenth's topic in Red Alert 2 / Yuri's Revenge Maps & Modding
I must say that your mod looking amazing so far. Well done -
Did you like Emperor: Battle for Dune aswell? I found Emperor: Battle for Dune a very poor sequel and RTS. Oh my, the gameplay was so bad, same for the graphics and everything else. Quit that game after a few hours of trying it out if I'm right, and I never touched it again.
-
I have never played that game myself, so I didn't think of adding it and if I added a few more then the poll would have gone really big. I think it is ok like this.

I was thinking about all the RTS-games that I've played and what universe I actually enjoyed the most. It kinda got me thinking about what universe the CNCNZ.com people favor the most (most likely a C&C universe ) and I wonder what u guys vote the most. Note: I am not picking all universes, just the ones I played. Also, I'm only picking ones for the PC. U can pick between: Tiberium Universe - Tiberian Dawn + The Covert Operations, Tiberian Sun + Firestorm, Tiberium Wars + Kane's Wrath, Tiberian Twilight Red Alert Universe - Red Alert + Counterstrike + The Aftermath, Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge, Red Alert 3 + Uprising Generals Universe - Generals + Zero Hour WarCraft Universe - WarCraft: Orcs & Humans, WarCraft II: Tides of Darkness + Beyond the Dark Portal, WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos + The Frozen Throne StarCraft Universe - StarCraft + Brood War, StarCraft II: Wings of Liberty Age of Empires Universe - Age of Empires + The Rise of Rome, Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings + The Conquerors, Age of Empires III + The WarChiefs + The Asian Dynasties Age of Mythology Universe - Age of Mythology + The Titans Krush, Kill 'n' Destroy Universe - KKnD + KKnD Xtreme, KKnD 2: Krossfire Rise of Nations Universe - Rise of Nations + Thrones and Patriots, Rise of Legends Dawn of War Universe - Dawn of War + Winter Assault + Dark Crusade + Soulstorm Dune Universe - Dune II, Dune 2000, Empire: Battle for Dune Supreme Commander Universe - Supreme Commander + Forged Alliance, Supreme Commander 2 I wonder what universe u liked the most, I'm sure that most of the ones u have played are in here. I hope I didn't forget any, but these are the ones I myself played for sure, might have been some other ones too. (If this has already been posted then my fault. If u don't like this poll because u can't choose or because it is too big, then don't post.)

Wow, the people who say SC = a C&C rip-off are incredibly stupid. I read the topic on the cnc forums and I could only laugh at them, damn. Ignorant people over there.

Interview with EA Goodman's Community Team

To me, it seems like Goodman is not the person we need for C&C and we wouldn't be much worse without him. I don't like him, really. -
New CNCNZ.com|C&C365 Poll: What's Next for Command & Conquer?
CnC_Thomas replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
Dune II/2000 was awesome, but Emperor Battle for Dune was one of the worst RTS's. I think Dune should rest in peace as the chances are really high that is would get another bad game . -
New CNCNZ.com|C&C365 Poll: What's Next for Command & Conquer?
CnC_Thomas replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
I voted for the Generals Sequel as I've always liked Generals and Zero Hour in particular. I loved Red Alert 2 the most out of all C&C games, but Red Alert 3 really let me down compared to its predecessor, so I'm not really waiting for part 4 of that series. The Tiberium universe got its new game, Tiberian Twilight, not so long ago, so I wouldn't want a rushed sequel on that series. About the "A new universe based C&C", I kinda feel like they tried that with C&C 4 already, but then inside the Tiberium Universe. Unless you mean with basebuilding and all. Also, 3 universes is good enough for me. I'd rather have them make those better. -
Oh, that explains it. I haven't bought it myself either, as I don't even like the RA3 gameplay compared to RA and RA2. I loved RA and RA2 but RA3 is rather poor, if u ask me. However, an English retail dvd case containing the download code with perhaps even a manual (if there is one in it) is good enough for me. Just to have all the C&C games and to perhaps play it for a bit, when SC 2 Beta is off. If anyone else can answer my question, then I'll hear about it. Thanks.

Do you then perhaps know what country it was? That sold it (an English speaking country)? I will try to look for it on that countries eBay or something if u can remember. Thanks.

Every Day is Community Day - APOC Says Goodbye
CnC_Thomas replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
I think that it is because those patches will cost them money but doesn't get them any profit. -
I know, but that is not what I meant to ask. My question is: Has there been a country (an English speaking country) other than Germany that has sold C&C Red Alert 3 Uprising in retail (yes, I know that the box contained a download code and not a CD/DVD but that is not the issue)? As I've seen quite some C&C collectors have C&C RA3 Uprising in a DVD box displayed, so it got me thinking whether it was printed by themselves or not. And I know that it was not the German version because that one had a different inlay (front).
