By downloading the latest files from the CnCNet website but remember that CnCNet only supports Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, and Tiberian Sun. Exactly right. If you have any more questions and concerns, feel free to ask.

As for the CnCNet thing, you're using the old version of CnCNet which doesn't work anymore. And not only that, RA2/YR is not supported by CnCNet.
