The file "rules.ini" does exist in C&C95 but it doesn't give the same modifiable options like Red Alert or Tiberian Sun does. The best way to do this, is to use TibEd otherwise, Wait for Nyerguds' to respond.

I'm not too excited about MW3 anyway, although this is a big deal for Activision. -
Well, Caspian Border is out for PC right now as I speak. You should try that out instead. It feels a lot more like Battlefield compared to Operation Metro.

Beta is a lot of fun, I got the chance to play Caspian Border and I have to say. It does feel like BF2. Probably gunna pre-order now.

The game looks ****ing amazing, not only that but you pretty much have BF2 gameplay and probably more. This game is definitely next on my list along with Heart of the Swarm.
