Firefox 2.0 Released (For Real This Time!)
Tree replied to F15pilotX's topic in Off-Topic Discussion
I like FireFox, but for some reason, Fx2 (Yes, Fx is the official abbreviation) seems a bit unstable. It crashes at least once a day. I think I'll go back to 1.5 -
When you're only being paid $60 to write new mods, and fix current ones, it really is. Especially when the mods are for things that vBulletin comes standard with.

I just checked my current project to see how it would look in IE7, and it's totally screwed up. I had that thing working for FireFox and IE6. Now I'll have to do three versions of that dang site. My hate for Microsoft is growing.* * I really don't hate Microsoft. Just IE. Microsoft as a whole has done many great things for me and my work. It's even the reason why I have a job.
-
Nope. Still uses the same messed up Visual Basic standard browser rendering. Far as I'm aware.
-
Desktop. Laptops with those specs would be much more.
-
IE's screwed up rendering. Have to do two versions of every site I code...
-
IE7's rendering time is a bit faster than IE6. But it's still just as inaccurate. It does start faster than FireFox. Takes about 4-5 seconds. Which is a lot considering I have a Core 2 Duo and a gig of RAM. But I can wait 5 seconds.
-
Not impressed. Runs slower and less stably than does FireFox.

I'm currently using V8, and I'll admit, it's growing on me.

When everything's going right, not much to do

C&C 3: Tiberium Wars Hollywood Cast Revealed
Tree replied to Sonic's topic in Command & Conquer News
Gosh dang 1up's servers are slow... But nice news. That's quite a... diverse cast. Should be good though. -
Remix is the easiest on the eyes. Purple just doesn't do well with my screen on the highest setting.

New Look for CNCNZ.com - Is Here Now!
Tree replied to Sonic's topic in Site / Forum News & Discussion
It's a good change. It's not the classic CNCNZ blue, but I do like it. -
Vista, nice.

This is the scariest thing I've ever seen in my life.

Don't have access to a digital camera right now, so this'll have to do Chrysler Sebring Convertable Ford Ranger But don't worry, they both look much crappier in real life If I can find a camera, I'll take some real ones.
