I dont think covert ops has the dino mission. I'm pretty sure it is a hack. But you install it like any other game.

most computers have gamma control. right-click on your desktop and go to advanced options for some comps and monitor settings for others. Change the gamma, brightness, contrast and everything so it looks okay.

I mean, you are fighting someone and they take over all of your units. tell me that seems fair. I know it is war, but it is also a game.
