Hey all, I downloaded NYERGUDS ''Complete No-CD game installation pack (v1.06b r2, no videos, all music included)'' and then I installed ''Patch 1.06c revision 1'' followed by ''1.06c revision 1 hotfix #1 (October 3, 2010)'' All from his excellent website: http://nyerguds.arsaneus-design.com/cnc95upd/cc95p106/ I now have a beautiful C&C Gold sitting on my Windows 7 desktop but when I run it, the screen goes black and then I get the error message ''Unable to run primary video buffer - aborting.'' Is there anyway anyone can help me fix this? I want to play it so much! All the best- please don't flame me if I've missed something obvious or posted this in the wrong section - I'm new here but LOVE C&C so please try and help me out! Rich EDIT: I've spent two days trying to get everything working (even my First Decade DVD working on Windows 7 with the same damn error message - Think I'll give up and consign C&C to the vaults of my memory - such a shame.)
