is it possible in yr to replace yuri with some sort of civilian faction that starts with pre-built buildings like generals but already with a barracks and ore refinery?

I was wondering if it was possible to say make a redguard squad like angry mob, if so how.

Hi im kinda new but im making a mod for YR witch gives all of the nations a new tech tree like america has hover tank apache and adv. chrono trooper but no mirage tank. wanna help anyone?
