Dippy Person needs Help

Hi all

 

So many moons ago I used to spend hours modding c&c games, and after being given the c&c general deluxe edition I thought I would have a bash and do a few mods.

 

So I downloaded tibed and thought I would just make a few changes to the overlord tank to see if all went well, but the game won't start using the modified file.

 

I guess I am either doing something wrong, or not doing something I should be.

 

So if anyone could just do a stage by stage run though of things to do I would be hugely grateful, ie.

ps, it's not quite the same as just altering the rules.ini files of the older game is it.

What do you mean, the game won't start? The changes are not showing up in the game, or the game won't start at all?
