First Decade patch issue

I'm having a problem with the First Decade 1.02 patch. When I click on it, the comp thinks then does nothing. No installation, nothing.

 

I'm running on Windows XP Pro 64 with plenty hard drive space and memory. Any help would be appreciated.

You probly have a dud download. Find a new, reliable one
