Cloning Units & Buildings using Tibed 2

i am making a mod but i want all side to have certin buildings

Example: (USA,GLA,CHINA- all can build bunkers)

and i want to clone units to make extra units

Example: (Overlord Tank- shooting normal bullets)

(Overlord Tank- shooting out duel flames)
