To play over Hamachi in Co op mode you'll need the follwing:

 

1. Hamachi

 

2. Version 1.1 of our Red Alert 3 Coop Loader will probably get released on Saturday 21:00 GMT! (note has not been released yet but release is imminent.) at http://teknogods.com/

 

just follow the instructions there. (A 1.0 version has been released but I'd wait for the 1.1 verison.
