editing china's carpet bomb

why is it that when i change how long it takes to use the carpet bomb with china it doesnt change? iv got it to work with everything else except for the carpet bomb.

You have to expert your mod.

 

There are multiple carpet bombs.

The standard china version is called: SpecialAbilityChinaCarpetBomb.

Or maybe it was a superweapon or something.

There you can change the time :wink:
