Unit statistics

I saw the changes in patch notes,they said about some thing like increse speed from 225 to 250 and so on.I want to know about that statistics of all unit in RA3 ,how can i do that

You can download the Mod SDK, that EA haven't released yet.

 

Once you have that you can take a look at all the game files. I think you can look through some stuff, but eh, not my department.
