zero hour online ranking problem

hey folks.....

 

i have been playing zero hour online for several months without problems. however, about 2weeks ago, my scores where 99-67. Then the next time i logged in, i was down to 30-67. As u can guess, i was kinda pissed off

 

so, i created a new account and began playing again. however, a few days ago, it happened again, my stats dropped from 10-7 to 4-7.

 

i asked people that i played and 2 people said that it happened to them to, but no-one knows what to do about it.

 

anyone got any ideas?

is there an e-mail address for ea tech support?

I don't play Generals/Zero Hour online so I have no idea how the whole system works. You could try searching EA's Tech Support site at http://eatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/eatech....er/cci/home.php

I had a score of something like 12-5 and it got hacked, it's not as bad as you but I'm mad too. I think it's a hack.

You weren't hacked, that happens to everbody's scores for some reason.
