Making 2 differant prices

I wondering can you make things differant prices for example for the Tanks with Russia can I make them 500, but the Tanks for Libya 900... can I be able to do taht.. :?:

Well, you'd have to copy a few things but it could be done. Just make a copy of the Rhino tank that only Lybia can build and give it another price. Don't forget to then mak sure that the original Rhino Tank cannot be build by Lybia.
