I used to play Yuri's Revenge a long time ago... like 5 years ago when I was in middle school. Now since I've looked through all my old games I decided to install Yuri's Revenge again to play with my brothers and friends. Now I remember playing a map (forgot it's name... lol that's why I'm asking ) where it was like a 2v2v2 all on separate islands (no bridges or anything connecting), it was infinite money (oil derricks give like $5000000 every second), it was fast / instant build, and we started off with all teams. That map was a BLAST to just HAVE FUN! And now I was wondering what it was called so I can download it again (links would be appreciated as well)... I've googled left and right and couldn't find it. Anyone know? Any help will be appreciated !

There's probably more than one of those maps out there, it sounds like a pretty simplistic noob map.

Any modder could probably make one fitting that description in an hour or so.

Well, I made one, though it actually took about 2 hours... but I'm not sure how to go about getting it to you...

 

Features:

• Six islands, divided into three pairs with no bridges.
• Everyone gets 2 oil derricks and 1 of each MCV at game start.
• Each oil derrick provides $250000 right away and $25000 every ~3.7 seconds. (x2 for 2 oil derricks)
• Oil derricks have triple health and upgraded armor.
• All construction yards provide 1000 power and radar. (x4, 1 initial MCV, +1 for all three sides)
• Everything builds 10x faster, which is not instant, but quick enough I think.

If you don't like any of these, want them altered, or want some more added, let me know before I find a way of transferring this to you and I'll fix it.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You did exactly what I asked and wanted for plus more. I really appreciate the help Now I can have fun again lol (I know it's a noob map but I just want to screw around for real tournaments / etc. i mainly use zero hour for that.).

 

I know that I might be pushing it a bit if I ask this of you, but I'll go ahead and ask anyhow. So can you like make the map so it's 2 islands (with 3 on each) and a middle island with capturable tech buildings, etc. and could you also make the oil derricks sort of "invincible" if at all possible. I just want to have a frag fest with some of my friends If that is too much to ask then disregard this comment. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH!

• Oil derricks are invincible.
• All construction yards provide 1000 power and radar. (x4, 1 initial MCV, +1 for all three sides)
• Everything builds 10x faster, which is not instant, but quick enough I think.
• The center island is protected by a moderate civilian army.
• Intl. Command which can be captured on the center island provides 20000 power, psychic sensors, gap generator, Paradrop reinforcements, heals infantry, heals units, is hard to destroy and is self repairing.
