Please help me.

I like change any attributes for buildings like price, time to build, and others attributes.

Because in TibEd for RA2 I can change this attributes.

I assume you want to do this in Generals too?

Then open an edit window, go to "Faction" then "Building" and look for your building there. Some things like health are 'inside' a submodule, for example "Body" for health.
