soleks 0 Posted January 10, 2010 Hello ive spent the last three hours trying to figure out why my computer refuses to find the mods i downloaded and put into the right folders it told me to go to C:\Documents and Settings\[[uSERNAME]]\My Documents\Red Alert 3\Mods i do not have a redalert folder their for some reason. So i kept searching on the internet after about an hour and a half it said some of my folders could be hidden so i made them visible but still in the C:\Documents and Settings\[[uSERNAME]]\My Documents the red alert 3 folder still isnt there so i found i can go to the application data folder and i found the red alert 3 folder in there so i put the mods in the folder like i was told to do from a website i found and still when i open the red alert 3 launcher and go to game browser the mods do not show up i installed the game to my c drive like i did on my older computer before i got this one and the older computer had those folders and mods did work on it but it doesn't make any sense to me becuase the olny different between the computers is that the new one is a lot faster and has more memory so why isnt it showing up on my new computer its running windows xp. Guest Stevie_K Posted January 10, 2010 Well.. I can say that for the mod to work, you need to know where your folders are. Maybe you installed the game in a wrong place? Either way, keep looking it must be somewhere? The first thing I'd do is to use the "search" function. That's about as much help as I can give. gl. Share this post Link to post
