take away all navy units except...

i was wondering, how to u limit what you can build on a certain map? i want to make it so u can only build amphibious transports for navy for all countries. just for navy, take away the subs, dolphins, the aircrafts, but leave all the land units and air units. just for navy, only have amphibious transport. i hope this makes sense

Make the unwanted units' TechLevel=-1

 

Although perhaps it would be easier to just take away all shipyards and allow the transports to be built in the war factories.

Then you set TechLevel=-1 on all shipyards, and Naval=no Prerequisite=(the side's war factory) on all amphibious transports.
