BigPoppaBear 0 Posted May 31, 2004 I was wanting to start work on my RA mod "Command & Conquer: World War 3" later on this summer. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of modding tools and tutorials for RA, cos I don't know jack**** and all the affiliated sites to this one seem more concerned with modding tools for the more recent games.
