error: run out of data?

i got some error when tib edit was loading :cry:

it was something like:

ran out of data

but tib edit is very slow for my comp even when changin settings,

can it be my ram?

specs:

win 98

ram 256 mb

very bad video card of Nvidia

 

please help, else im still be using red edit :(
