With the release of Zero Hour and the new World Builder, is there a new version of the World Builder Manual?

I haven't seen or heard of one yet.

Hasn't been ones released to my knowledge. Though there isn't that much different with ZH's World Builder. Some resources are missing that were in Generals and the NSEW part of the toolbar is missing, but otherwise just a few new things added, mostly on the View menu.
