EVWeb 0 Posted December 28, 2012 I'm currently making a simple mod to fix one or two issues I have with Red Alert 3. One of these issues is Veterancy structures are very overpowered and can easily make your forces far too powerful over the other neutral structures. Now when I made some changes to the Kirov, it appeared in-game no problem, but every change I make to the tech structures seems to be ignored. Anyone know why? Share this post Link to post
