Sonic 297 Posted January 15, 2013 The Project Phantom mod for Yuri's Revenge is back in the news, and kicking off 2013, with a new update for January. Its a large update that features the gameplay video below, showing cityscape combat between Phantom Project forces and the Eurasian Dominion, including new & revamped units such as Dominion Eradicator Artillery that can spread radiation and hammer enemy structures, and Phantom Eclipse Projector that uses powerful weapon known as 'Black Sun' generator to hinder the movements of enemy forces and inflict damage.
