Plok 327 Posted February 8, 2013 A few days ago, the Mentalmeisters team has posted the first major Mental Omega update in 2013. Here, they cover some remade units and structures for all sides, new installer renders and an announcement that version 3.0 will retell Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge from scratch! The mod will be divided into two acts - the first one will have 36 missions (12 per each side). However, due to the fact that Ares breaks save/load functions, it will only have 6 sample missions until the savegame support is restored. So, voiceover is done for now, the beta is still closed, but you can still help the team. The latest version of the Ares DLL has been proven unstable in multiplayer, so the team has made a special YR map bundled with Ares 0.2p2 which you can test according to the parameters set here.
