Connection Problems in Zero Hour

Hey,

 

I'm really starting to lose it on this damn game. Everytime I join a game, it either says 'Unable to connect to other player(s)' or I do connect to the other guys, I go in the loading screen, but I'm the only guy who loads. This isn't true because I play with my friends, and they tell me that I did load and they're all already in game, while I'm still waiting for them to load. Eventually I go in game, and the rest of the people start counting down to me. Sometimes however, I can play fine, but this is only 10% of the time.

 

I have a router with the Virtual DMZ Host on, and I have no anti-virus or anything. I used to be able to play just fine with my friends. Now, it's really pissing me off. What should I put my 'Firewall Port Override' and 'HTTP Proxy' to? I'd really appreciate some help.
