Unreal Tournament 4 - Free to Play?

Instead of Epic Games developing UT4 by themselves, the fan community just couldn't wait and now they are given the green light to attempt developing the game with collaboration with Epic Games. Also they mention it will be free-to-play (with possible future payable DLCs) and mods will still be supported.... but that's early speculation. Previously in the last many months, Epic Games had expressed no interest whatsoever to develop UT4 when Unreal Engine 4 was built because the UT series has probably run out of new ideas. Now they are considering it with the fan community.

 

Could this be the next best F2P game ever?
