This time - because this isn't 1st approach of reengineering the company - they are trying to focus more on servers and build-in chips, rather than PC market where they successively losing ground for Intel. The plan is to generate 60% of income from mentioned sources, leaving the rest for processors and GPUs on PC market. So up to 3rd quarter, they want to stabilise their position on market and then generate profit. More details you'll find in their presentation on linked website. I deeply hope, that AMD will stay on the market, because if their situation will last longer for a year or two, probably they'll be forced to shut down the business, so no one will be able to compete with Intel on PC market.
