Campaign-like mission objectives, can you help me make it happen?

Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to make mission objective introductions like in the original campaign? I mean, camera zooming in and while EVA is speaking, like it's a footage from a drone.

I tried to open original missions with WB to check it manually, but it crashes on me what I do so : (.
