How to start mission SCG05EB? Playing regular retail Tiberian Dawn but can't seem to start that GDI mission

After finishing SCG04EA, I do get two arrows on the following mission select screen, but no matter where I click, it's always SCG05EA which starts next. I can't seem to get SCG05EB to start. Is there a trick to it?

Thanks for the reply  But it is just a known bug, yes? It's not an Easter egg or something where I have to do something specific for this mission to start

If Nyerguds, as the person with the highest C&C1 knowledge out there, couldn't figure out a way, it's not an Easter egg.
