Two Questions about ZH

I want to mod the GLA Rocket Buggy in CnC ZH so that it can drive on water, how do I do this?

 

Also, how do I scale an objects size? I want to make a bigger version of the USA cannon defense building (can't remember what it's called, have to reboot now to get my E drive back )

To make the GLA Buggy hover over water, there is a way to make it, but hmm....I will need to look at my mod INI database first, I made something like this 2 months ago. And if I'm right, there is a tutorial which tells you about how to do this, but I forgot the url.

You will need to mod the model. Use RenX to do that, and you will need a W3D Plugin. But changing the model size will result in lesser quality if you didn;t chnage the skin too. And I think, the size of Fire Base is ok.
