Adding custom sounds? Never plays the sound for me.

Im doing a tiberian sun modification. I want a certain sound from Red Alert 1 played. I put the sound file in the file bag. The format was .aud. I also stuffed a .wav file of it in there too just in case. Anyways, i put the name of the file as the name of a new indivudal sound override. I apply the sound override to a weapon. I use the weapon ingame. No sound? Why is this? Does TibeD not support custom sounds?

I dont think itibed supports custum souds becouse i tried it and it did not work... :?
