Yuri's Revenge won't run after install

I played through Red Alert 2 just fine. I then installed Yuri's Revenge on my PC. When I try to run it, it gives me a "main file encountered an error and can't continue." error. It refuses to run! I will look up the actual error message when I get home.

 

Any help?

 

Running a Windows XP with SP2 installed, Pentium 4 3 GHz, Radeon All-in wonder 9600 XT card.

 

Zone alarm was turned off before install.

You could try using the Windows XP compatibility settings and see if that makes it work.

that always happens to xp users. compatibility always fixes it

I've been having the same problem, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, run compatability mode, i still get the same error.

My system has run it beofre, but now i just get the error.
