Ok, my question is how do you make a modificataion

(mod)? Do you have to have special programs or something?

use a BIG extractor found at www.pestilence64.net to extract some C&C Gen files to edit .

 

if you want to edit some tank or infantry skins use photoshop :wink:

 

if you want to make or edit models just get Gmax found at www.discreet.com and get RenX GamePack from www.pestilence64.net 8).

if you want to edit the ini files just use WordPad or NotePad. WordPad is better :wink:
