why computer enemies dont play in unofficial skirmish maps?

a command center and a dozer throughout the entire game, is that a bug or these maps are just not made for computers? :shock:

This means the creator of the map has not set up the so AI players can be used. Its not a bug.

 

A map like that can be used in online multiplayer games.
