C&C: Zero Hour - China Mission 4

It says do not allow GLA to escape and I have defeated Wave 1and 2 everytime...but as soon as it says Wave 2 has been defeated it tells me some GLA have escaped and I have been defeated. No matter what I try and I have loooked carefully does not allow me past this. can anyone help?

the guide would help him, but some parts are unneccsary, I just built 15 helixes, 5 bunkers with tank hunters, 5 with gat, and 5 with prop. I just kept them moving from 1 gla entrance point to another. and migs patrolling the middles of the map in case some got past. I didn't build any tanks, not did i capture any tech artillery platforms. there were a few quads, but there were some many helixes they got blown up fast , and the ones that got hurt were healed by prop. No helixes got shot down.
