cannot create account

I can;t seem to be able to set up an account. When I enter nickname, email addy and password, and click create account, it says I have entered an incorrect password?????? Whats going on!

This error happens when you enter a nickname that is already taken. Try a different name.

But i have try so many nick name but not one work. It keep saying incorrect password. What should i do?

This is when you attempt to sign up in Generals Online right?

I try to sign up for zero hour. I did not sign up for general. I bought both at the same time but i just want to play zero hour online.

And your doing this from within the game?

 

Try signing up for Generals Online because I think you can just use your Generals Online account with Zero Hour Online.

 

Sorry if I'm wrong, I don't play online so I've never gone through the sign up process.

I have register. It is not need to register general first. It is the password need to be '5 number' then can register online.
