Ware do i get moddle editing programs for CNCgenerals???

I spent hours searching for a editing program for generals can someone plese list some, becase i maid a mod with tibed but i want some more (realisic) skins for it (like insted of a comanchi, have an apachi) so, someone plese!! tell me ware i can get them or wat there naims are.

 

Oh My GOD! :evil: THERES HUNDREDS OF MODS LIKE IMPERIAL ASSAULT AND BLITZCREG SO HOW ARE THEY MODDLING OR (SKINING) THERE UNITS!!! WAT ARE THEY USING! SOME ONE HERE HAS TO KNOW! :help::badpc::help:
