C&C Community Awards 2005 - Voting Now Open

The C&C Community Awards 2005, organised by CNC Community, will once again be taking place. Actually they haven't happened since 2002 from memory so it will be welcomed returned. The awards this year will coincide with the C&C 10th Anniversary on the week of the 31th of August.

The public voting gets underway on the 7th of August. You will be able to for your favourite sites and webmasters from around the community in the following categories.

I wouldve done the same thing. I wouldn't want to compete, cause either you would feel dissapointed being last, or you would have a lot of jelouse people around trying to beat you if you are voted best...

 

These are my reasons, possible different from sonic's, but I am actually in favor of Sonic's request. Good Job!

I didn't want CNCNZ.com to be included for a couple of reasons.

 

The awards can lead to bitching contests between sites over the nominations/catagories/final voting etc...., they have in the past. They probably won't this year because of the much improved organisation of them. Keeping CNCNZ.com out avoids any problems if they happen.

 

Plus it gives other sites a chance for some recognition, we have been around for years, everyone knows the CNCNZ.com name. What will an award give us that we have already earned?

 

Even though I'm not personally included in the nominations and neither is CNCNZ.com as a site, C&C King is still in the running for Best Co-Webmaster.
