F A O Koen [regarding registration key problem]

Hi Koen, I'm having a problem getting the key you sent me to work after reformatting my system. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall tibed2beta3a several times but the key doesn't work. Can you please help or send me a new key or something. many thanks
